क्या यह सही है?

It is always said that man is a social animal, but many times, a question raised in our mind..... are we civilized? As is natural question, because many times our behaviour or activity is just like as animal or brutal. Presently, in our society many occurrences are happening such as....thief or criminal has been brutally bitten by crowed. In this situation, police or civil administration becomes silence. Some times, accused person die due to bitten by mob. These types of happening are taking place in our civilised society. Can a civic society justify this lynch? Can we recognition this as a “Talebani” Justice? Answer is no. Because, in a democratic country, this type of lynch is totally illegal. Our country's law gives a chance to every culprit to defense.

Many times, news comes that mob have killed a burglar. This types of happening are raising in our society. Mob are taking law in their hand. Because, mob men do not have wisdom to ascertain the magnitude of the guilt, circumstantial factors and real culprit. I want to given some example to these types of occurrence. Recently, in Bhagalpur, villager had killed two thief because they were cutting the electric wire. In Muzafferpur, crowed has badly beaten a man. Mob alleged that person had stolen a bicycle, but somebody had told that he was insane person. Other occurrence had took place in Sasaram, their mob had bound a woman with a pillar and she was bitten. According to local person, lady had stolen some ornament. In Patna, mob had brutally bitten a man on near railway station road when he had fleed after the snatching a golden chain from a lady. Same type of happening have took place in Begusari, their some person had beaten up a child because he abstracted a buffalo . These types of happening takes place not only in Bihar but also in other parts of the country. Crowd are taking law in their hands. In this critical condition, who will take initiative for preventing these types of unusual thing. The answer is only media.

Media can play the vital roll to prevent these types of occurrence. Actually, electronic media shows bitten visual to viewers for TRP. But it is a very risky for our society, because mob thinks that they are doing correct judgment. On the basic of this thinking, mob becomes homicidal. In this situation, media should have patience and telecast very carefully. In this condition, we should take bytes or reaction to social workers, police officers, prominent persons, important priest, known advocate, leaders etc. Naturally, these prominent person will criticise to the mob behavior. ETV always try to oppose this types of happening. We nighter highlight these thing nor justify to the crowed judgment. Media is very powerful medium for creating the public opinion against these types of occurrence.

दवा या ध्यान

Meditation can be defined as a state of consciousness characterized by stillness and inner calm. The ultimate goal is the attainment of supreme spiritual peace. Meditation takes you beyond the restless activity of the mind to a deeper, more peaceful space. Meditation is mental maintenance. The mind needs to be stilled occasionally to keep it working at peak efficiency. Teaching yourself how to relax your mind and release it from the stress of thought for a short period each day keeps it clear and clean. You'll think better. You'll see more accurately and with more insight. You'll be able to concentrate and focus on things like never before. You'll be able to truly relax.

Through meditation you can gain new perspectives on life. You could spend a whole lifetime seeking outside yourself for happiness, but in reality it can only be found inside. Meditation helps you to understand yourself. With time, you will discover where your true nature and abilities lie. It will inspire you to find your own creativity and inner resources. You will feel encouraged to get the most benefit out of each day.

Meditation is beneficial for everyone, especially those with hectic, stressful lives. It teaches you how to manage stress; which in turn enhances your overall physical health and emotional well-being. In
meditation, the overactive mind is calmed and turned inward. Meditation soothes the nervous system,
balances the right and left hemispheres of the brain, centers attention, gives perspective and clarity,
improves the powers of concentration, improves memory, improves confidence, gives a sense of purpose, frees the spirit, and increases spiritual strength.

There are many mediation methods known today. While some are good for beginners; others can be practised after a couple of years of experience. If you are a beginners you can start practising mediation using the following steps---
#Choose a time of the day when you may not be disturbed.
#Settle down in a place which has fresh air. If you so desire, have some incense around; you will feel relaxed. You may sit in any of the following meditative postures suiting your comfort levels, for a desire duration of time. Begin by learning to focus on something. This will relax you and break your stress response.
#Concentrate on any object that appeals to you. It could be a flower, the flam of any symbol in front of you.
#Note how your thoughts wander. Don't attempt to control them, let them flow free.
#Within a few weeks, you will notice a marked difference in your power to concentrate and ability to focus. This is the stepping stone to meditation.

पीठ दर्द के लिए योग

Yoga has both preventive and therapeutic benefits. It has been shown to offer both physical and mental benefits to the body and the mind. Asanas are good for developing coordination and help to improve concentration and memory. Regular practice can enable young people to keep their natural flexibility for many years.
These day back pain is a common problem. Some of the commonest causes of stress and strain on the spine are-- slouching in chairs, driving in hunched positions, standing badly, lifting incorrectly, sleeping on sagging mattresses, being unfit, and generally overdoing it.
Bhujanga Asana (Cobra)
Step by Step
1. Lie prone on the floor. Stretch your legs back, tops of the feet on the floor. Spread your hands on the floor under your shoulders. Hug the elbows back into your body.
2. Press the tops of the feet and thighs and the pubis firmly into the floor.
3. On an inhalation, begin to straighten the arms to lift the chest off the floor, going only to the height at which you can maintain a connection through your pubis to your legs. Press the tailbone toward the pubis and lift the pubis toward the navel. Narrow the hip points. Firm but don't harden the buttocks.
4. Firm the shoulder blades against the back, puffing the side ribs forward. Lift through the top of the sternum but avoid pushing the front ribs forward, which only hardens the lower back. Distribute the backbend evenly throughout the entire spine.
5. Hold the pose anywhere from 15 to 30 seconds, breathing easily. Release back to the floor with an exhalation.
Beginners & Modifications
Don't overdo the backbend. To find the height at which you can work comfortably and avoid straining your back, take your hands off the floor for a moment, so that the height you find will be through spinal extension.
Deepen the Pose--
If you have the flexibility in the armpits, chest, and groins you can move into a deeper backbend. Walk the hands a little farther forward and straighten your elbows, turning the arms outward. Lift the top of the sternum straight toward the ceiling.

योग निंद्रा से लाभ

Stress begins with a physiological response to what your body-mind perceives as life-threating. For our ancestors, this may have been defending against the aggression of a hungry animal. For modern-day humans, this may be living with the fear of losing a job in a sagging economy, or the health crisis of a family member.
The antidote to stress is relaxation. To relax is a rest deeply. This is different from sleep. Deep states of sleep include periods of dreaming which increase muscular tension, as well as other physiological signs of tension. Relaxation is a state in which there is no movement, no effort, and the brain is quiet. Stress reduction techniques “Yoga Nidra” is putting the body in a comfortable position, which gentle attention directed toward the breath. Do these techniques really work? Scientists have researched the effects of relaxation and report measurable benefits, including reduction in muscle tension and improved circulation.
Preparation:---
Lie down comfortably in shavasana(Fig.). After this, there should be no movement. Close your eyes. Say to yourself: “I will not sleep, I will remain awake.” Take a deep breath and as you breathe in, feel the coolness and calmness spreading throughout the body. As you breathe out, feel your cares and worries flowing out of you. Relax.
Repeat your resolve mentally three times with feeling and awareness. Rotate the awareness through different parts of the body by saying the name of each part. Begin with the right side: right hand thumb, index finger, middle finger, ring finger, little finger, palm, back of the hand, wrist, arm, elbow, shoulder, armpit, waist, hip, thigh, kneecap, calf muscle, ankle, foot, heel, toes. Now repeat the previous step with the left side.
Become aware of the back, shoulder blades, buttocks, spine, the whole back together. Head, forehead, temples, eyes, ears, cheeks, nose, lips, chin, throat, right chest, left chest, navel, abdomen... the whole front.
Right leg, left leg, both together. Right arm, left arm, both arms. Become aware of the meeting points between the body and the floor. Now look at your body from the outside, as an object.
Now imagine a well, dark and deep. Look into it. There is a bucket on a chain. Lower it into the darkness of the well. Now pull the bucket up, into the light.
Ask yourself: “What am I thinking?” Do not think, become a witness of the thought process.
Now induce the feeling of lightness-made of cotton, the body seems to float away. Next, awaken the feeling of heaviness, leadenness.
Awaken the sensation of heat in the body, followed by bitter cold. Now try to visualize some images, like in a slide show. Flickering candle… tall palm tree, a car moving on the road, yellow clouds, blue clouds, starlit night, full moon, racing horse, rising sun behind the mountains, setting sun behind the ocean, ocean with waves, a big lake with crystal clear water, bluelotus. Go into chidakasa, the spce behind the forehead, and find a flaming light there. See a golden egg in the centre of that light.

कोशी का शोक

This is India's Katrina, the challenges could be bigger. Like the Mississippi breached the levee to drown an unsuspecting New Orleans in the US, the mighty Kosi river in north Bihar has broken its embankment to pick up a channel it had abandoned over 200 years ago, drowning towns, numerous villages and rendering over two and half million homeless in five east Bihar districts. Many lost their lives . Kosi river, also known as the “sorrow of the Bihar”, has suddenly reverted to nearly its “original course” of the 18th century.
Causing a three-km-long breach in the Kosi's Bhimnagar barrage on August 18 afternoon near Kushaha village in Nepal, which adjoins Bihar's Supaul district, the river turned drastically eastward, causing an unexpected havoc in Madhepura, Saharsa, Araria, and Purnea districts. Apart from this , many other districts were also affected by floods. After undertaking an aerial survey, Prime Minister announced the floods in Bihar as a "National Calamity". PM announced immediate assistance of Rs 1,000 crore to the state for rescue and relief operations.
This was the critical situation for all of us. After the discussion with Prasenjit jee, we planned out five team for five flood affected districts. For Purnea- Manoj, Ravi , Praveen, Prabodh & Lalit were deputed for coverage .In Madhepura. for Saharsa- Neelkamal & Sashank- Ravi Ranjan & Gyanendu were deputed and in Supaul and in Araria, Shalini & Rahul were deputed to plan out the entire work. This team had done various types of stories. In this devastation, firstly our team had covered recuse operations conducted by army and local people. Our reporters also went in flood affected areas and our cameramen took many exclusive visual for the entire network. Apart from this, our team also accompanied IAF chopper for covering the news. These team also covered that flood affected people standed on roads, embankments and other elevated places between the two streams of the river. We also shown that many person were saving their pet or domestic animals in this deluge. This is the unique example of love between men and animals.

After breaking of embankment, our reporter Ravi Ranjan reached the Kushaha embankment. when the repairing work started on the embankment, we also covered it and this was the exclusive visual for the entire network. Apart from this, we had also shown Koshi flood water falling in river Ganga, it was covered by our Navgachhia N.C. Digvijay.

Our whole team tried to focus on relief work. Many stories were telecasted, showing the condition in the “Relief Camp”. In this work many local people and NGOs were providing shelter and food for flood woeful person. In Saharsa, one Madarsa also provided not only shelter but also “Puja Ka Saman” on the occasion of “TEEZ”. This was the unique example of humanity. In this calamity, many women living in red light area started relief camp specially for pregnant women.

ETV Bihar also covered those children who were starving or those who were orphans. Our Desk specially dealt with these types of stories. After the telecasting of these stories many social organization came forward to help the sufferers..
In this crisis, our desk also played a vital roll to show the all aspect of this devastation. When the flood related information came on desk, immediately output incharge constituted a flood team. That team was conducted by Pratik, Pratyush & Ajeet. Apart from these three members our desk staff also supported a lot in editing and scriptwriting. ETV Bihar has telecasted many live bulletins, and during this bulletin, we also flash our phone number for relief or rescue who were fingered in flood hit areas. Apart from this, other viewers also shared their views about the rescue operation conducted by government machinery. During the live, hundred of phone call received round the country. One phone call came from Madhepura at Murliganj where five hundred people were entrapped in flood. we immediately contacted the DM and other higher authorities. After the continious efforts, the entrapped were rescued by civil administration. We also save 25 school children in Madhepura who were staying in a house. Apart from this, so many boat accident news were flashed. Apart from this, our desk had prepared many voshots and animated graphic based on flood visual and information which were appreciated not only by viewers but also our Political Editor Mr. N.K.Singh. This was the achievement of our entire team. When flood water has reduced in many areas, diarrhoea spreed and we also focused on this epidemic. Our team has also covered that what was the condition in mega camps.
To sum up our reporters and desk had done a great job. In this deluge, ETV Bihar has not telecast any panic news among public. Our motto is giving correct information to our viewers, because they faith on us.
